【Minimum Qualifications】 Our ideal candidate has in-depth application design experience working in one or more global companies to productize and commercialize the enterprise applications like AI solution. 1. Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision and to create product plans and roadmaps 2. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products 3. Collaborate with engineering and other teams to produce and review product requirements documents (PRD), or to conduct RFPs and evaluate third party technologies for appropriateness 4. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule 5. Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision and also suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users 6. Strong understanding of digital ecosystem; website design, content types, and web technologies 7. Define requirements that promote usability, scalability, smart publishing practices, and intuitive tools UI 8. Partner with other product management teams to ensure Engineering participation in high quality products are delivered on time 9. Work closely with UI/UX designer and developer through the full productization cycle 10. Collaborate with other product managers to analyze impact of upcoming new features on the publishing tools, identify software requirements and include these on the roadmap 11. Consult in the development of launch plans, ensure detailed planning of deliveries 12. Identify and drive business process changes needed to support new products once released into production 13. Be responsible for identifying and leading business process re-engineering opportunities 14.
