工作內容

As the Firmware (FW) Ass. Manager/Supervisor, you will have the key responsibility for overseeing FW development from the initial concept incubation phase through to mass production (MP). Your role will involve close collaboration with a cross-functional team comprising members from Marketing, Electrical Engineering (EE), Project Management (PM), Mechanical Engineering (ME), and Quality Assurance (QA) to manage the complete design cycles for BMS-related products. Additionally, you will lead the development of new platforms and features to align with the long-term strategic business goals and enhance the competitiveness of the BMS product line.

1.With over 10 years of experience in consumer or industry product development 2.MCU firmware development expertise for Renesas, Texas Instruments (TI), STMicroelectronics (STM), etc 3.Communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN bus are essential for device communication 4.Tailored firmware development to meet specific user requirements is essential 5.Effective communication in English is crucial for engaging in technical discussions with customers 6.Project leader with over 3 years of experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals successfully PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1.The FW team management had a tenure of more than 3 years, overseeing a team of more than 3 individuals 2.Software architecture and experience in developing new platforms 3.FW development experience for the battery management system (BMS) or energy storage system (ESS) or battery backup unit (BBU) was deemed advantageous 4.FW development of BMS Fully Charge Capacity (FCC) algorithm 5.Designing experiences for e-bike and e-scooter products, coupled with expertise in related component and system development
