Product Specialist / Senior Specialist

1) Outdoor Market Insights : Demonstrate strong interest and insight in the outdoor sports market. Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for product positioning. 2) Strategic Pricing : Implement pricing strategies to ensure product competitiveness in the market, while aligning with brand positioning and pricing rule. 3) Order Management & Fulfillment : Coordinate closely with distributors, the regional brand team, and the internal logistics team to ensure smooth order processing. Monitor fulfillment rates and shipping schedules to meet distributor expectations and service level requirements. 4) Delivery & Compliance Support : Ensure compliance with local trademark and labeling regulations. Provide necessary label materials to distributors and proactively resolve any operational issues or inquiries related to product delivery. 5) Marketing Communication Management : Manage social media content and ensure distributors adhere to brand communication guidelines. Optimize the use of marketing materials provided by the regional team and maximize the effectiveness of the allocated marketing budget. Compile and consolidate Marcom reports, ensuring effective information flow among all stakeholders. Handle and resolve any marketing communication issues raised by distributors. 6) Marketing Activity Support : Assist the marketing team in configuring promotional activities on ePOS platforms. Support the planning and execution of special marketing initiatives. 7) Language Proficiency : Fluent in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and listening; capable of effective communication and collaboration across regional and cross-functional teams.
