1. MSEE with 5+years experience or Ph.D. in related field is required. 2. Solid background in digital image processing and signal processing theory 3. Skillful in Matlab and C programming , familiar with display standard, in-depth understanding of display principle and experience in the related development to be preferred; 4. With stronger analytical, design, debug ability; good code style and work habits, have a strong sense of responsibility; 5. Strong written and oral communication skills. 6. Good English communication skills 7. Experience in LCD or OLED display driver related algorithm development is preferred. 8. Independent research ability.
