1.Analysis and comparison of competition 2.Merchandising, preparing promotional materials and displays 3.Suggesting and executing marketing and communication activities and event aimed at retaining and increasing sales. 4.Manage and supervise customer complaints 5. Evaluate product spec with new/existing supplier 6. Responsibility for preparing the material- OPIM, BOM, SPEC, product testing to buyers for create new item procedure. 7. checking all package information ( including artworks, manual, labels…. ) with buyer and factory to make sure on the same page. 8. Maintain all product data and key in ERP system 9. Responsibility for product design change procedure with supplier 10. Follow new product development projects schedules 11. review and evaluate different countries’ regulations and standards 12. Communicate with current and new vendors and supply chain

1.At least 5 years of retail management experience with proven track record of running a successful retail operation. 2.Proven ability to manage and drive a retail sales business 3.Solid financial knowledge and basic understanding of P&L 4.Solid English skills 5.Enthusiasm/ Excellent IT & Numerical skills 6.Teamwork / Resourcefulness/ Organizational/ Confidence 7.
