RF IC designer (Taipei)

The candidate will work with analog/RF IC design team to develop high performance mmWave radar systems. His major task will be mmWave PLL, including integer-N and fractional-N synthesizers up to 90GHz. He will also take the responsibility of low power reference clock generator. Qualifications and Education Requirements: (a) MS + 5 years or PhD focusing on mmWave PLL design (b) Transistor-level CMOS or SOI mmWave RFIC design (c) PLL spec. calculation and behavior model simulation (d) On wafer/die probing test with mmWave circuits is a plus
