Develop and execute an improvement plan or contribute to the development of policy, procedures and guidelines across functions, in line with business needs, AkzoNobel strategies and policies, relevant legislation and standards, in order to minimize HSE risks, to achieve top quartile safety and operation resource productivity performance. 1. Continuous Improvement & capability building Support to develop on annual site HSE improvement plan, ensuring safety, the environment and health of the site and remove the risk and maintain a safe workplace.(e.g SAQ, PSM). Work to improve HSES capability of site management team on HSES management. 2. People Safety Manage various safety lagging/leading indicators (e.g. TRR, LOPC, RA, BBS) of the site and, if fail to achieve, analyze the cause. 3. Process Safety  Co-work with SRE, then PSM should satisfy the Akzonobel requirement.  To obtain a rating of local PSM ensures a safe process. 4. People Management and Development  Manage, lead, coach, appraise and develop employees, ensure staffing and stimulate talent(management)  Deliver training required by the Akzonobel to increase professional knowledge. 5. Environmental Management Control environmental managerment system(e.g. waste, air pollution, soil etc.) based on Akzonobel requirement and ISO 14001, local regulation 6. Compliance Leading site compliance program to identify and close the gap on compliance.
