職缺名稱 JOB TITLE ( 1 )輪班設備工程師 ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER 工作內容 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 機台維修、檢測 , 異常排除、分析 Troubleshoot and repair down equipment Monitor production equipment diagnostics and review maintenance record in order to predict and prevent equipment down times Investigate non-conforming batches using root cause analysis and provide corrective and preventive actions 具備條件QUALIFICATIONS: 專科、大學 , 電機電子工程相關、資訊工程相關、機械維護相關 Associate's Degree、Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred 中級中文溝通能力 With Intermediate Level Mandarin communication skill . 工作時間 WORKING HOUR : 日班Day shift : 07:30-19:40 夜班Night Shift : 19:30 - 次日07:40 上二休二 , 2 days work 2 days off ( 2 )製程工程師 PROCESS ENGINEER 工作內容 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.製程良率之提昇 2.新材料之開發 3.新製程及新產品量產導入 1. Production yield improvement in Manufacturing Process 2.Development for new materials 3.New manufacturing process and new product introduction, to arrange new product to be qualified. 具備條件QUALIFICATIONS: 碩士 Master in Physics / Materials / Optoelectronic /Electrical engineering/Mechanical Engineering related. 中級中文溝通能力 With Intermediate Level Mandarin communication skill . 工作時間 WORKING HOUR : 08:30-17:30 周休2日Monday - Friday , 08:30-17:30 ( 3 ) 研發工程師 R&D ENGINEER 工作內容 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. 製程開發及改善 Manufacturing process development and improvement 2. 生產良率提昇 Production yield improvement 3. 產品品質及可靠性改善Improvement in product quality and reliability 4. 有W/B or D/B or SAW經驗者尤佳 Experience in package manufacturing process in W/B & D/B is a plus 具備條件QUALIFICATIONS: 碩士 Master in Physics / Materials / Optoelectronic /Electrical engineering/Mechanical Engineering related 中級中文溝通能力 With Intermediate Level Mandarin communication skill . 工作時間 WORKING HOUR : 08:30-17:30 周休2日Monday - Friday , 08:30-17:30 ( 4) 軟體測試工程師 Software Test Engineer 工作內容 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.產品測試規範制定 Development of product testing specifications 2.生產流程異常處理及分析 Analysis and handling of production process abnormalities 3.新產品導入量產驗證及製程改善 Verification of mass production for new product introduction and process improvement 4. Wafer或IC測試電路規劃暨程式開發 Planning and developing products testing programs 具備條件QUALIFICATIONS: 碩士 Master in電機電子工程相關 Electrical and electronic engineering related 中級中文溝通能力 With Intermediate Level Mandarin communication skill . 工作時間 WORKING HOUR : 08:30-17:30 周休2日Monday - Friday , 08:30-17:30
