Job Description 1. Set up annual and monthly sales target with strategic thinking and execution for target achievement. 2. Control E-Commerce marketing budget and allocate resources properly. 3. Be familiar with Google, FB, IG, SEO, Line@, Content Marketing, Join Promotion, Word of Mouth marketing, KOL etc. channel marketing and tools for brand awareness expanding. 4. With experience and well managing in E-Commerce platform/official website and instruct E-Commerce team for improvement in order placement. 5. Establish and manage team building with strong cohesion and team spirit. 6. Build up operational accountability for online business (inventory, merchandising, operations, communication, service and Line OA) 7. Ensure inbound deliveries and timing shipment correspond with scheduled events and promotions.
