工作內容: •接聽及轉接電話, 訪客接待及通知。 •收發及投遞信件和快遞, 協助叫車。 •辦公用品庫存管理。如有短缺則向JLL訂購。 •申請臨時員工證, 申請員工各台南管制門權限(例如倉庫等),申請員工停車權限。 •茶水間服務支援(點心/飲料/補給品/飲水機等)。 •採購及財務支援之廠商管理。 •在辦公室及工廠設施進行營運與維護。 •工廠設施巡檢;日常維護工作及異常處理;故障改善及故障排除包含所有辦公室範圍。 •監督及管理工廠環境清潔和消毒工作。 •執行工業安全及健康管理。 •SCADA系統監控和簡易故障排除。 •工廠供應商/營造商尋找及報價的整合管理。 •工廠維修或設備汰換專案的進度控制及介面協調。 •工廠經理指派的工作項目。 感興趣嗎?理想候選人需具備以下資格 •辦公室電腦文件軟體處理能力。 •良好溝通技巧。 •友善工作態度、責任感及耐心。
