Responsibilities: - Design, simulate, test, and document the best solutions for antennas in indoor, outdoor and consumer products to meet suitable antenna requirements including TRP, TIS, radiation pattern, return loss, and antenna efficiency in actual usage conditions - Perform trade-off studies between antenna performance, RF performance, regulatory compliance, mechanical constraints, industrial design intent, size and quality. - Lead the antenna design for products, working closely in an interdisciplinary team, through the entire product life cycle

Must-haves: - Good written and verbal English communication skills. - Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, specializing in RF/Microwave. - Demonstrate extensive experience in analyzing antenna performance and troubleshooting desense issues. - Familiarity with OTA regulatory requirements, including FCC, IC, CE, carrier operators, SAR, and other relevant standards and conformance requirements. - Familiarity with radio-related test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers. - Familiarity with HFSS/CST simulation tools. - Experienced in antenna subsystems for multi-radio products, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and other relevant technologies. - Create antenna test plans and define the KPI for wireless products. - Evaluate and test antenna wireless OTA performance. Nice-to-haves: - Experienced in mmWave phased array antennas, horn antennas, reflector antennas or LTE antennas. - Basic programming skills in Python or Matlab for wireless auto testing script development.
