Senior Product Validation Engineer

1.Battery Testing and Validation:*Familiar with testing methods such as charge/discharge, thermal management, and safety tests. 2.Testing Equipment Operation:*Ability to operate equipment such as chargers, environmental chambers, and vibration testers. 3.Communication Skills:*Capable of explaining technical conditions and test results to customers, and effective in cross-functional collaboration to streamline validation processes. 4.Regulatory Compliance Experience:*Familiar with working with third-party certification bodies to ensure compliance with international regulations. 5. Industry Experience: *Prior experience in the battery energy industry, focusing on system validation and performance testing, is highly preferred.
