1. Product Development: Contribute to the development process of battery system products from concept to prototype manufacturing. Integrate mechanical design with electrical and cooling systems to meet technical requirements.
2. Testing and Analysis: Conduct mechanical testing and analysis for battery system components. Identify and resolve issues, and propose improvements.
3. Documentation: Write technical reports, design documents, and operation manuals.

• Lead the design and integration of high-power, high-voltage bidirectional DC-DC converters (e.g., 400V input/output, up to 100 kW).
• Oversee integration of IMMERSIO™ technology, submerging bidirectional DC-DC converter components in dielectric coolant to achieve superior thermal management and >95% efficiency.
• Validate thermal performance of immersion-cooled converters under high-voltage (400V) bidirectional power flow and failover scenarios.
• Oversee development of communication interfaces between PMC modules, using protocols such as PMBus, I2C, or CAN.
• Lead a team of electrical and firmware engineers, providing technical direction and fostering collaboration.
• Review schematics, PCB layouts, and firmware for bidirectional DC-DC converters, ensuring compatibility with 400V systems and immersion cooling.

1. Plan and configure energy storage systems for various application scenarios, including: A. High-voltage battery packs and related components B. PCS, DC/DC converters, and high-voltage distribution equipment C. High-voltage safety and protection devices, such as contactors, fuses, and circuit breakers D. 2. Select and validate key components (e.g., PCS, DC/DC converters, switchgear, protection devices, and cable specifications) based on project requirements and grid codes.
3. Create and review wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams to ensure compliance with power system standards and safety regulations.
4. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure compatibility and communication between EMS, BMS, PCS, and DCDC using protocols such as Modbus, CAN, and Ethernet.

6. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting, including system commissioning, grid-connection testing, and functional verification.

As a Business Development Sales Manager, you will be responsible for XING Mobility’s European and overseas market expansion from the Taoyuan headquarters. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, project coordination, and customer engagement skills. You will work closely with the European/Overseas Business Development Team to manage lead generation, campaign support, and internal alignment.
1. Coordinate and support cross-team communication across departments (engineering, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of business development objectives.
2. In the initial phase, provide support in maintaining the existing European business operations. In the medium term, take the initiative to develop and establish new clients. You are required to have a revenue performance quota for which you will be held accountable.
3. Support European/Overseas marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Conduct leads background research, identify new business opportunities, and provide insights and feedback to the management team.
