Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator & Sourcing Specialist to support our sales operations and purchasing decisions. This role combines administrative functions with a sourcing responsibility, ensuring smooth order processing and strategic inventory management. The ideal candidate has experience in both sales administration and purchasing, with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales Growth ●Identify and develop new business opportunities by finding potential distributors, retailers, and partners in the region. ●Research and assess market trends, competitors, and customer needs to create effective sales strategies. ●Generate leads, pitch products, and conduct compelling sales presentations. ●Negotiate and finalize contracts with new distributors and partners. ●Work closely with the internal team to set and achieve sales targets for the region. 2. Account Management ●Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and clients. ●Enforce company policies and ensure timely execution by the partners. ●Analyze sales data to understand market performance and influence partners. ●Understand clients’ entire business including competing brands within their portfolio to guide negotiations and business strategy. ●Work with Finance and Logistics teams to match incoming payments with orders, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Commercial Invoices (CI) upon receiving remittance.. 3. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion ●Coordinate with the Sales Director and Brand Managers to develop tailored growth strategies for each client. ●Monitor client performance and recommend improvements to boost sales. ●Identify new product opportunities based on market demand and competitor analysis. ●Work with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery of orders.

Qualifications & Skills: ●5+ years in international sales and business development (ideally within retail, distribution, or wholesale, in the garment industry). ●Solution-oriented outlook with strong negotiation and persuasion skills—ability to close deals and drive revenue growth. ●Proven experience in handling multiple accounts/multiple channel management of overseas distributors. ●Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional regional languages are a plus. ●Experience working in South Asia and/or South East Asia markets is highly preferred. ●Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial reports to make strategic business decisions. ●Strong networking skills and experience in the sports, retail, or consumer goods industry is a plus. ●Proficiency in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office. ●Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
