Position Purpose: To help designated skincare brands and achieve P&L target and budgets. To implement brand strategy and integrated marketing campaign to generate sales on designed skincare portfolio Principal Accountabilities: 1. To develop brand plan and oversee A&P allocation for an optimized marketing investment and channel margins 2. To collaborate with business partner and sales team on monthly/quarterly/annual business planning and trade marketing executions 3. To work closely with supply chain and customer service team for regular stock forecast and sku management 4. To work with external vendors and ensure 360 planning/execution of ATL & BTL marketing activations, including PR/ event planning, advertising, social scheduling, consumer promotion and new product launches 5.
