工作內容

Manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition. Individual must be friendly, enjoy learning new things and working in a team environment. Must be flexible, willing to work smart, get along well with others and have the passion to go the extra mile to surprise and delight our guests. As part of the Indigo Team, individual may work in other areas of the hotel and may be trained to perform tasks and act in a secondary roll in support of our commitment to providing Inspired Service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Reports directly to and communicates with the Assistant Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations • Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments • Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel • Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods • Ensures VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention • Inspects front office and back of house regularly for cleanliness • Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff • Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities • Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit • Analyses the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control • Takes action with the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situation • Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures • Ensure working of all Front Office Policies and Procedures when night staff

• Be knowledgeable of Front Office systems and know back up procedures and system recovery procedures • Monitor and guide the team to achievement of departmental goals (KPI) and objectives (Upsell, Enrollments and etc). Aligning with Assistant Front Office Manager. • Ensure that effective training and refresh training are conducted regularly, to ensure that associates are constantly equipped with necessary information to confidently and correctly undertake their duties. • Patrol hotel public areas and report any damage, cleanliness issues, and potential hazards to relevant departments. • Knowledgeable about Night Audit procedures, including the preparation and creation of pre-night audit checks and business day roll over in OPERA. • Ensure Associates are fully aware of the Guest experience platform and the indicators that relate to your specific area, and focus their attention to maximise scores in these areas • Ensure the team are fully aware of Brand standards and performing following SOP • Accurately record and write GSM External and Internal Log to ensure that incidents have been effectively communicated to hotel management. • Accurately re-account events or incidents, and compile correct reports to ensure record of these events are 100% accurate. • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. • Good writing skills; fluent in both written and spoken English • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System • Problem solving and organizational abilities
