Lead the team for bottom and mold trial/developing and problem related to bottom and mold solving in partial development/commercialization/mass production process. <Your Impact> 1. Manage assigned models' mold design, mold schedule, tools/ jigs design, stock fitted/ assembly fitting trial, Nike and internal documentation completion on time with good quality. 2. Proactively provide technical suggestion to project stakeholders (both brand customer and internal functions) to progress each development milestone and to mitigate grading or manufacturing risk. 3. Work with relevant stakeholder to develop and update adequate training materials and assessment papers for Tooling team. 4. Conducting regular training and assessment to Tooling engineers to ensure each level can perform adequate result on independent problem solving, time management, communication, analysis and elevation of technical ability. 5. Proactively communicate, align and set up internal cross function process, and standard to drive effectiveness.
