What you will do: • Content Creation: Develop engaging written and visual (including videos and images) content for various internal and external marketing/communication channels. This includes contributing to email campaigns, website/intranet(SharePoint) updates, presentations, and social media. • Event Support: Assist with event planning and logistics, provide on-site support during events, and conduct post-event surveys and follow-ups to measure effectiveness. • Internal Communications: Support the execution of internal communication strategies. • Social Media Management: Contribute to the growth and engagement of our social media presence across platforms like LINE@, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This includes scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and potentially assisting with content creation. • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Business Development/Marketing Communications team, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and ordering promotional materials. What we are looking for: • University students, including both bachelor and master program. Major in Marketing, Communications, Visual Design, or a related field. • Previous internship experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus. • Familiarity with visual content creation, such as video editing, graphic design tools, or AI-based applications. • Basic understanding of marketing and communication strategies, combined with a strong sense of visual aesthetics. • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and has hand-on experience with social media platforms. • Preferred familiarity with visual processing or video editing tools. • Strong verbal and writing communication skills in Chinese; moderate proficiency in English. • Good interpersonal skills; keen attention to details, and proactive with good organizational and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to work both independently and as collaboratively as a team member. • Experience with website creation and editing, or Microsoft SharePoint, is a plus. **Candidates should submit a portfolio in the area that best represents their strength ** **可配合學校提供實習學分 **每周2-3天 Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: We value your unique identity and perspective.
