1. 處理訂單及其相關事務,包含但不限於定期報表的製作。 2. 監控通用郵箱中收到的訂單和任何查詢。 3. 負責保存與管理寄售合約,維護並更新登記資料,並定期追蹤合約條款的執行狀況。 4. 上傳增值稅發票到政府網站及列印,郵寄給客戶。 5. 協助臨時交辦事項。 • Perform order processing tasks and transactions including regular reporting. • Monitor incoming orders and any inquiries in the general mailbox. • Custodian of Consignment contracts storage and maintain a register to keep track implementation status of the terms. • Manage VAT invoices in government electronic platform, print and mail to customers. • Support any ad hoc tasks in Customer Operations.
