Your main role is to • Ability to provide field technical support on customer's site. • You will be responsible for assisting in the selection and specification of power supply solutions. • Strong communication and organization skill • Ability to understand a customer needs and to probe for answers, and then determine a solution and advocate that solution to the customer. • Build and Maintain relationship with key OEM/ODM customers to engage early design in jobs. • Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge: Collaborating with sales team, engineers, and product managers for obtaining accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management. • Manage standard product portfolio • Quick learner and flexible to adopt of company working culture and processes Who are we looking for? • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Master of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred • 3+ years professional experience as a Field Applications Engineer or design engineer or similar role in IT Company • Strong technical background in the field of • 3+ years professional experience with Power Electronics or Power Supply industry • Basic knowledge on protocol e.g. I2C • Ability to understand a customer needs and to probe for answers, and then determine a solution and advocate that solution to the customer • Mainly cover OEM/ODM customer located in Taiwan. Speak/Read in Chinese is necessity, prefer Taiwanese or who does not need VISA to travel Taiwan • Quick learner and flexible to adopt of company working culture and processes
