1. Group subsidiaries financial management (Domestic and International Divisions) 2. Group tax and profit-sharing planning 3. Group Transfer Pricing Assessment Report and Transfer Pricing Agreement 4. Group Investment Framework Planning and Inspection 5. Corporate management analysis and construction of financial models 6. Plan and execute various corporate financing projects including bank correspondence and strategic investment planning 7. Monitor and review financials of different product lines and formulate a plan of action 8. Provide dependable short-term and long-term predictions/forecasts of product lines and projects in various Business Unit 9. Competitor, macro, and industry impact analysis; new business financial modeling 10. Perform critical reviews of budget/actual financial performance (including quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year) 11. Provide reports with sales insights, including potential high-profitability opportunities and early risk assessments of future forecasts
