1. Process Quality: I. Assure visual inspection and measure result completed within specified timeframe and frequency. II. NTM quality control III. Control limit review and prepare SPC chart 2. Product Quality: I. ZP arrangement, including new NTM inspection, update MSE to database and reserved sample preparation. II. Trial run arrangement, inform supply chain for production plan arrangement, as well as collaborate with Engineering & Production team III. Create MSE barcode into Sodimline and prepare barcode hardcopy for production IV. Establish MSE & PSE at PQRS database. 3. Quality System Management: I. In charge of document control centre II. 1st party/2nd party/3rd party audit preparation III. NCR issuing and following 4. Customer complain handling: I. Complaint sample analysis and issue investigation II. Feedback FA/CA report to customer within specified timeframe 5. Weekly/Monthly Report Preparation: I. Quality summary report to finance II. PQRS report for CQM III. Beetle report for CQM IV. Update “Cigarette Specification Table” and submit to SMD 6. Others: I. Reply official document from government II. Lecture for internal training program
