一、Materials Management: 1. Optimize material flow for cost-effective logistics and inventory, ensuring a top-tier customer experience. 2. Develop MRP replenishment strategies, maintaining desired inventory levels. 3. Drive cross-functional teamwork using ERP planning and reporting. 4. Lead Step 3 and facilitate SIOP, focusing on Demand/Supply Alignment. 二、Inventory and Procurement: 1. Execute a global sourcing strategy for improved cost and supply stability. 2. Lead cost-saving projects, achieving 3% spend reduction YoY. 3.Ensure supplier compliance with ethical standards and responsible sourcing. 4. Manage subcontractor capacity and assess supplier performance. 5. Oversee local plant purchasing, addressing costs and meeting profit objectives. 6. Collaborate with NPD teams for breakthrough products. 7. Partner with manufacturing for low acquisition cost and high material availability.
