• Serve as the primary liaison for strategic customers across regions. • Coordinate with client-side departments such as planners, buyers, and production line users to ensure smooth communication and execution. • Support customer meetings and provide timely updates on logistics and supply chain matters. • Collaborate with internal teams including Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales Integration to resolve process gaps and improve efficiency. • Drive process simplification and improvement initiatives across support functions. • Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and pivot tools. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting tools. • Provide administrative and coordination support to internal teams to streamline workflows.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in customer success, logistics coordination, or internal support roles. • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for customer service. • Fluent in English and Mandarin. Preferred Experience • Familiarity with TSMC or similar semiconductor clients. • Experience coordinating with planners, buyers, and production teams. • Exposure to logistics, import/export terms, and system-based reporting. • Background in the semiconductor or materials industry.
