1. Set a product strategy and roadmap with measurable goals for a group of development teams and ensure each team within the group is aligned on how to drive the broader strategy forward 2. Work collaboratively with marketing, engineering, design and production teams to ensure product roadmaps align with the Group sales goal 3. Facilitate ideation, development and delivery for new products and improvements and develop growth strategies to drive the Group sales revenue and margin 4. Serve as a liaison between sales team and product development team to gather customer needs and feedback through frequent research and feedback loops 5. Drive market research, user testing, customer feedback and sales data to generate new opportunities for growing the business 6. Drive the development team to deliver a healthy and efficient cadence of product releases and consistently deliver against success metrics and quantitative outcomes for the Group 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings, and leverage the knowledge to identify opportunities and risks for the product and the business

1. 7+ years of product development and management experience. Experience working on fitness strength product development with an excellent level of knowledge in strength product biomechanics as a plus and business perspective 2. Has high standards for your own contributions, the people you work with, and for the products you work on 3. Superb communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical and non-technical audiences 4. Strong product sense and high user empathy with an ability to envision opportunities that address customer need 5. Ability to focus on a problem at hand while considering the company’s long term strategy 6.
