Supervisor, Process (Kuanyin)

1. Process Development • Oversee the design and develop chemical processes and systems for manufacturing and production. • Review and approve process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and related documentation. • Facilitate collaboration between the R&D team and the engineering team during the process development phase to ensure alignment on product specifications, process parameters, and quality standards. 2. Process Optimization • Analyze data and identify areas for process improvement in efficiency, yield, and quality. • Drive the implementation of process improvements and modifications to enhance performance and reduce costs. • Coordinate experiments and simulations to test and validate process changes, ensuring effective execution. 3. Data Analysis • Apply Six Sigma tools and statistical analysis, to identify and solve process problems. • Use data analysis software to analyze process performance, detect trends, and identify root causes of issues. • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process improvements and maintain process control, ensuring timely reporting to upper management. 4. Troubleshooting and Support • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to process performance, quality, and safety. • Cooperate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of process equipment. 5. Project Management • Lead and manage projects related to process development, scale-up, and optimization. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project success. 6. Safety and Compliance • Ensure that chemical processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols for daily operation.
