1.Master or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer/Material Chemistry, or related fields. 2.Experience in polymer industries (polymer processing, polymer rheology, polymer analysis) is a plus. 3.Possess analytical thinking skills to design appropriate experiments and accurately interpret results. 4.Enjoy working in multi-functional project teams and customer-facing situations. 5.Must be a self-starter with a focus on results. Demonstrated ability to network and foster collaboration within teams, across functions, and with customers. 6.Exhibit clear and effective written and oral communication skills in English. TOEIC test score above 700 or other equivalent English certification is preferred. 7.Ensuring a safe work environment by working safely and complying with environmental, health and safety standards. 8.Driving license.
