- Monitor the entire Front Office team, including Bell service, Concierge and Guest Service sections. - Handle guest issues, including room conditions, finance issues, other rooms related cases - Plan teams' staff development and evaluations. - Ensure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition. - Be responsible for Front Office Manager to handle hotel financial report, budget control, upselling performance and Hysat scores. - Be on behalf of Front Office Manager to handle issues while Front Office Manager is away or off.

- At least 5-year experience in similar position in the hotel industry or preferably managerial experience. - Strong people manning management and leadership skills. - Be able to work under pressure, extended working hours and rotating shifts. - Proficient in English and Mandarin speaking/writing is a must. - Having worked in an overseas hotel environment of similar scale to the Grand Hyatt will be a plus
