1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for high speed Datacom VCSEL. 2. Perform high speed VCSEL testing using advanced test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.。 3. Analyze test data and provide detailed reports on performance, quality, and reliability. 4. Collaborate with design engineers to identify and resolve issues early in the development process. 5. Ensure compliance with IEEE standards and regulatory requirements. 6. Troubleshoot and debug high frequency measurement systems and components. 7. Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements. 8. Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. 9. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members. 10. Work closely with product managers to understand product requirements and specifications. 11. Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing. 12. Assist in the development of new high speed VCSEL testing methodologies and best practices.
