Strong communication & nego skill esp. with YUM - Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations to understand each test result and learning. - Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis Focus 2 –Soft Transition and Test & learn plan in PPB - Lead & develop a smooth transition plan with OP and D&C with existing 3 PPB dine-in-assets, so it can transform with partial new concept and be sustainable & profitable for Pizza Hut in LT Focus 3 – Support & Coordinate GM Office events - Lead & deliver important annual event under GM office, with task force

1. Minimum education requirement - Bachelor/Master degree required 2. Relevant experience and minimum years required - A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in catering - Expertise in franchise chains system is preferred. - New business model built up experience is bonus - Experience of a team of 10-20 people - Basic P&L management concept & knowledge 3.
