Software System Engineer - Tainan

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software System Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting software issues within our system. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and providing effective solutions to improve overall performance. • Analyze equipment malfunctions, investigate the cause of software failures and determine appropriate corrective actions. • Use your technical knowledge and problem solving skills to support our on-site and first level team to promptly resolve software issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. • Perform routine inspections of our systems to identify potential issues and proactively address them before they become critical problems. • Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to gather relevant information, share ideas and develop effective solutions to complex software system problems. • Recommend and implement preventive maintenance plans, including regular maintenance, repair and replacement of components, to optimize asset performance and extend asset life. • Keep accurate records of troubleshooting activities, including observations, test results and recommended solutions. Produce detailed reports to communicate findings and recommended solutions to management and relevant departments.
