This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who is experience in SaaS technical integration and eager to develop their skills in SaaS sales, customer engagement, and solution consulting. 【Responsibilities】 1. Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations. 2. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored SaaS solutions. 3. Support the preparation of technical proposals, solution architectures, and product documentation. 4. Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. 5. Learn and stay updated on SaaS product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape. 6. Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance customer experience. 【Requirements】 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is a plus. 2. 2+ years of experience in a technical role (software development, cloud engineering, or IT support) or internships in SaaS sales engineering. 3. Basic understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and software integrations. 4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. 5. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. 6. Enthusiastic about technology, sales, and customer engagement. 7. Preferred experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), ITSM tools(ServiceNow, Atlassian) or SaaS-related sales processes. 8. Preferred certification with ITIL4.(priority admission) 9. Preferred familiarity with RESTful APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript), or basic cloud services. 10. IaaS or PaaS related experience is a Plus. (i.e. AWS SAA Certification)
