R0103 - RF Lead(LTE)

Requirements  - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field, with a specialization in RF/Microwave. - Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FCC, CE), industrial network standards (e.g., PTCRB, GCF), mobile telecom specifications (US/EU carriers), and associated certification processes. - Familiarity in radio specifications for LTE 4G , NR 5G, and Wi-Fi technologies. - Proven experience in cellular chip-on-board transceiver radio design, particularly with Qualcomm or MTK platforms. - Demonstrated experience in Wi-Fi chip-on-board design. - Experience with board design, system bring-up, multi-radio coexistence, and wireless desense mitigation. - Experienced in multi-radio coexistence mitigation design strategy. - Proficiency with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, communication call boxes, and TRP/TIS measurement.  - Experience with PCB design tools like Orcad, Cadence Allegro, and PADS, with related layout practices. - Experience with high-volume product development, from initial concept to mass production with experience in the RMA process. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Skill in RF link budget and power budget evaluation. Basic understandings on common antenna types and specifications. Nice to have - Team lead experience. - Experienced with antenna subsystems in multi-radio products. - Basic programming skills in Python for developing wireless auto-testing scripts. - Familiarity with Bluetooth and GPS radio specifications. - Experienced with NFC radio technology. - Knowledge on global LTE 4G and NR 5G band usage across different operators.
