As a Microsoft Silver Partner, we've empowered hundreds of organizations to work smarter in a mobile-first, cloud-first world. • About the Role • We're looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Consultant (Lead) to spearhead implementation and enhancement projects — from discovery to go-live. You’ll lead client engagements, design solutions, configure modules, and ensure successful project delivery. • Key Responsibilities • - Lead client workshops and document business processes, gaps, and solution designs - Configure Business Central modules: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Approvals, Security & Reporting - Oversee data migration, mock runs, and reconciliation - Collaborate with developers on AL extensions and integrations - Drive UAT, user training, and handover - Manage project milestones, risks, and client communications - Prepare documentation: configuration guides, SOPs, user manuals • What We're Looking For • - 4+ years of hands-on experience in D365 Business Central / NAV implementations - Strong understanding of Finance, Trade, Inventory & Operations workflows - Excellent analytical and communication skills; confident in leading client workshops - Experience in data migration, UAT, and training - Strong coordination between technical and business teams - Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin or other Chinese languages preferred • Bonus Skills • - Exposure to Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) - Experience with multi-entity / multi-currency environments - Familiarity with e-invoicing, GST, or compliance localization ∆ Why Join AccessOrange? 1. 具有相關資訊科技相關的學歷背景。 2. 具有相關的工作經驗,能夠獨立承擔公司所有資訊設備的建置、管理、維護和異常排除工作。 3. 熟悉各種資訊設備的設置、管理、維護和異常排除方法,並能運用相關的工具進行操作。 4. 熟悉資訊安全相關知識,熟悉資安系統的建置、優化等工作。 5. 具有良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神,具備耐心和責任心,能夠適應快速變化的工作環境。 6. 具有專業的認證,如CCNA等,優先考慮。
