You’ll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns, delivering real impact for leading organizations. Expect a fast-paced environment where you’ll learn, experiment, and grow as we embed AI into everything we do — from strategy to execution. Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Campaign Management: Manage the daily setup and execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard. • A/B Testing: Support the planning and execution of A/B testing under supervision to help enhance campaign effectiveness and understand impacts on conversion rates and client ROI. • Data Management and Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing marketing data to support strategic decisions. Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of campaign results, providing analysis and summaries that help optimize future campaigns. • Marketing Technologies Exploration: Assist in evaluating existing CRM channels such as email marketing, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS. Engage in basic research on current best practices and strategies in marketing technologies. Support the integration of new channels and technologies under supervision. • Team Collaboration: Work under the guidance of the CRM Consultant Team Lead and collaborate with CRM consultants and other associates to learn the intricacies of CRM management. • Client interaction: Participate in client meetings to observe and learn about client management and communication, developing skills to effectively respond to client needs.. • Cross-Channel Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to the creation and implementation of cross-channel marketing tactics aimed at enhancing customer engagement and business growth, learning to measure and analyze their effectiveness. 【What We're Looking For】 • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. • Skills: Good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Personal Attributes: Proactive, team-oriented individuals with a strong interest in CRM. Ideal candidates are eager to learn and apply CRM technologies and strategies to drive business success. • Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents.
