Job Summary 1. Responsible for executing and enhancing quality control activities across raw materials, semi-finished products, and final product release for resins. This role includes hands-on inspection tasks as needed and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of QC systems and procedures. 2.Take ownership of QC methods transferred from R&D, leading their optimization, standardization, and validation. This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality, supporting manufacturing operations, and maintaining compliance with internal quality standards. 3.Reponsible document drafting and revision, root cause investigations, and nonconforming product control. A strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is required. The role is also accountable for executing and continuously improving the Quality Control Plan. Essential Job Functions •Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of test method validation to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with internal and customer requirements. •Own and optimize QC methods transferred from R&D, ensuring they are standardized and fit for routine use. •Oversee daily QC operations and ensure reliable and accurate testing for incoming materials, in-process controls, and final product release. •Monitor and analyze SPC (Statistical Process Control) data, identify abnormal trends, and propose corrective or preventive actions. •Implement and maintain the Quality Control Plan in alignment with internal standards and customer specifications. •Support investigations of nonconforming materials and products, ensuring effective root cause analysis and resolution. •Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Production teams to align QC activities with new product development and process modifications. •Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QC analysts to strengthen internal capabilities and promote knowledge transfer. •Participate in or lead cross-functional quality initiatives and internal/external audits as needed. •Involve or lead projects and assignments as part of the professional development opportunity.
