【WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE】 The Key Account Manager builds trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure loyalty and prevent defection to competitors. The role involves acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, while also expanding relationships with existing customers by consistently proposing solutions that meet their objectives. 【WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Achieve sales objectives within the assigned group. • Develop and execute a territory business plan, utilizing territory reports to identify trends and strategize accordingly. • Maintain relationships with key accounts and negotiate customer contracts aligned with the company's sales strategy. • Coordinate activities of all customer-facing functions to ensure consistent and cohesive service. • Manage sales of multiple products and product line extensions effectively. • Monitor competitive activities within accounts and share relevant information with stakeholders. • Build trusted relationships with major clients to prevent defection to competitors. • Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers. • Act as a communication link between key customers and internal teams. • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust. • Contribute to generating new sales that develop into long-term relationships. • Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

• Proven experience as key account manager • At least 8 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably from aesthetics, medical device, pharmaceutical industry • Excellent communication, presentation, closing and negotiation skills.
