你憧憬在 AI 領域發展嗎？你善於時間及專案管理嗎？你對於跟一群熱愛 coding 與演算法的團隊工作感到有動力嗎？Frontier.cool 擁有一群專業且熱忱的頂尖技術人員，作為世界使用量第一的數位化紡織雲端服務商，Frontier.cool 引領紡織業智能轉型，整合AI、3D及數位化永續，提供服飾行業最先進的科技解決方案。 誠摯歡迎您的加入，開展令人興奮和充滿希望的願景，與 Frontier.cool 一起改變世界！ 【產品開發流程】 團隊採用 Scrum 來作為產品開發的流程，一週一個 Release 、兩週一個 Sprint，在每個 Sprint 的第一天會進行 Sprint planning 來決定團隊優先開發的功能，在 Sprint 結束時也會 進行 Review 與 Retrospective 來火力展示完成的項目以及討論做得好與可以進步的事項。 需求產生的流程： ・Stakeholders (老闆、業務與顧問) 提出需求，並與 Product Lead 討論收斂。 ・PM 定義使用者故事 (User story) 與思考使用者體驗。 ・PM、UI/UX 設計師、工程師一起討論執行上有沒有困難。 ・UI/UX 設計師開始繪製 User flow 與 mockup。 ・工程師針對 Mockup 討論開發細項，並進行開發。 ・開發完成後，部署至內部測試環境 (Dev) 給 PM 與 UI/UX 進行手動測試。 ・PM 與 UI/UX 測試完畢後，部署至預備環境 (Staging) 給 Stackholders 進行 UAT (user acceptance testing)。 ・UAT 通過後，部署至正式環境 (Production)。 【工作內容】 - Assist in product strategy and roadmap development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales and marketing). - Conduct market research and prioritize features. - Oversee product lifecycle from initial concept through to successful launch. - Communicate progress to stakeholders. - Analyze customer feedback for product improvement. - Monitor performance metrics and track KPIs. - Create product documentation and provide team training. - Support senior product manager and foster a collaborative culture - Partially lead ISO 27001 Audit project。 【職務需求】 - Bachelor’s degree. - Background with Computer Science or Engineering is a plus. - 1-2 years in Product Management or other relevant roles. - Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated. - Conversational level in English. 【技能】 - Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. - Familiarity with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Notion). - Basic understanding of software development life cycle. - Product Lifecycle Management - Agile Development & Scrum Management - Requirement Analysis & UX Design 【工作環境】 優於勞健保的請假制度，新創的氛圍，Frontier.cool 歡迎優秀的你！ *薪資待遇將依人選相關經歷調整。
