Cross-Departmental Collaboration: • Efficiently coordinate and synchronize work between various departments (technical, design, marketing, legal, compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and seamless cooperation. • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote the smooth progress of product projects. 3. Market and Customer Research: • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and customer needs, providing valuable insights for product development. • Collect and analyze customer feedback, translating it into specific product improvement recommendations. Work Experience: • At least 3 years of experience in product management or related fields, preferably with a background in the FinTech industry. • Familiar with cryptocurrency wallets and cross-border payment technologies and business processes. 2. Skills: • Excellent English proficiency, capable of efficient verbal and written communication, and able to communicate with global business departments. • Outstanding cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to work in a multicultural and international environment. • Proficient in using product management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, etc.) and office software. 3.
