1. Aggressive / Proactive Attitude & Cannot cut corners. 2. Well self-disciplined and highly self-motivated. 3. Highly independent and also a good team player. 4. Good at breaking the ice and ringing the bell. 5. With certain years of experiences and it will be a plus if you are in both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler industries. 6. With professional skills in terms of English and international trade (incoterms / payment terms / negotiation / presentation, etc.) 7. Maintain the relationship with the existing customers for the current projects and also to deep dive into the potential commodities’ expansion to increase the overall business size. 8. Major Task-Perform the market research of the potential customers, come out with the lists and form the strategy, then start to approach in order to turn them into our customers in mass production.
