You will be a key role in the product development team, responsible from concept to deployment. - As an Advanced Software Engineer, you will collaborate with business and application development teams to define requirements and create documentation. You will resolve complex programming and technical issues and oversee critical development tasks. - This position offers the opportunity to be developed into a team manager based on the actual performance and personal willingness. 【Responsibilities】 - Design and develop high-standard software programs to improve product quality and capabilities. - Collaborate with various internal teams to develop innovative technologies. - Collaborate with product managers and management teams to follow task directions and meet task requirements. - Lead architecture and code discussions, working with the development team to solve problems and grow together. - Stay updated on new machine learning knowledge and share research findings with other team members. - Uphold the company's culture and values. - Learn and understand team workflows with a passion for management and communication. 【Required Skills and Qualifications】 - 3+ years of experience in commercial software product development. - 3+ years of experience working with machine learning-related projects. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL, with 2+ years of practical development experience in each. - Strong background knowledge of machine learning. - Practical experience with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. - Experience in analyzing and optimizing models to deliver optimal solutions. - Familiarity with both frontend and backend architectures and a solid understanding of high-concurrency and asynchronous systems design. - Knowledge of RDBMS, including data storage design and various database operations, with practical experience. - Practical experience with data science and machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc. - Experience with Git and practical experience with CI/CD. - Familiarity with Docker and containerized programming. - Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English. 【Preferred Skills and Qualifications】 - Expertise in statistical analysis and mathematics. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills for complex technical issues. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including effective communication between development and business teams. - Ability to quickly and efficiently visualize or present issues for better understanding by others. - 3+ years of practical experience in data synchronization, transmission, and dump technologies. - Familiarity with AutoML and Edge AI architecture and applications. - Deep understanding of neural network models and principles.
