1. Business communication and order processing, providing support for customer product delivery, conducting routine business visits, and understanding or developing customer product needs. 2. Maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction after sales, executing business tasks, carrying out product sales, and developing new customers to achieve sales targets and meet company performance goals. 3. Responsible for pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services, including product demonstrations, explanations, and quotations, as well as order follow-ups and handling matters related to payment collection. 4. Promoting business activities, conveying and explaining major company announcements, events, and product information. 5. Collecting customer feedback, conducting market analysis, and gathering information on competing products or vendors to provide references for new product development or company improvements. 6. Regularly reviewing performance and progress with supervisors and reporting updates. 7. Independently or collaboratively executing and completing tasks assigned by the company or supervisors. 1.業務接洽及訂單處裡,客戶貨品運送支援,例行性業務拜訪及了解或開發客戶產品之需求。 2.既有客戶關係維護及顧客售後滿意度維持,業務事項執行,產品銷售與新客戶開發等業務相關工作執行,以達到商品銷售與完成公司業績目標。 3.負責產品售前、中、後服務及展示及說明與報價,並對於訂單跟催及處裡帳款回收相關事宜。 4.負責業務推展,傳達及說明公司各項業務重大訊息、活動及產品。 5.顧客意見回饋,市場分析,收集競爭商品或廠商資訊,供新產品開發方向參考或公司改善精進參考。 6.定期與主管做業績、績效檢討,回報進度。 7.共同或獨立執行或完成公司或主管交辦事項。
