Design Project Manager

We are looking for a design project manager to lead and optimize our design operations and workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of design projects, promoting collaboration, and enhancing overall design efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Manage design project scope, aligning goals with business objectives and ensuring efficient, cost-effective delivery processes. - Lead collaborative planning by prioritizing work based on capacity, tracking design team productivity. - Refining and standardizing design workflows to enhance efficiency and performance. - Cultivate a learning culture by providing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills. - Assess and adopt advanced AI design tools while ensuring access to the latest software and resources to enhance capabilities and meet project demands. - Design software implementation, procurement, maintenance, and management. - Act as a bridge between design teams, tech team and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
