Duties and Responsibilities: • General underwriting services and client management. - Render efficient and courteous services to clients and prospects, ensure timely and quality service standard are met. - Develop good personal and business relationships within clients at working level. • Perform underwriting assessment for Taiwan office in accordance with RGA standards, philosophy and underwriting/claims authority. • Perform product underwriting tasks. • Handle risk management related enquiry. • Assist in underwriting/claims training. • Assist in underwriting/claims audit. • Assist in reviewing product provision and underwriting/claims guidelines. • Complete special underwriting/claims project and research work. • Participate in development of reinsurance underwriting/claims manual and operational manual. • Ensure all underwriting/claims activities and correspondences with clients are proper, documented and maintained in compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. • Perform the tasks assigned as and when required.

Requirements • Have at least 10 years of sound technical underwriting or claims experience either in a direct company or a reinsurance company, with exposure in the life insurance field and understanding of Taiwan market. • Possesses leadership and inter-personal relationship skills, good common sense, is alert and organized, and have a detailed mindset and business acumen. • University graduate, preferably with professional designation such as FLMI, FALU, FLHC, etc. • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
