HQ Financial Controller

The ideal candidate will oversee the business and financial operations of the organization. This individual will monitor the overseas company's economic performance and work closely with management team to financially advise internal departments. This individual will also create frequent financial reports to display economic standing of the organization. Responsibilities 1. Review accounting package, prepare month-end and year-end closing. Interpreting operating results, analysis of business metrics, P & L and trend analysis, and financial modeling. 2. Proactively involve in business discussion. Analyzing company financial performance and advising business units on business performance. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or related field 2. 5+ years' of experience in finance or accounting 3. Strong quantitative and communication skills
