We offer: - Flexible Leave Benefits - Flight allowance for travel - Free accommodation and meals - Complimentary shuttle service to city center - Education allowance for children - Housing allowance for external accommodation - Work-life balance focus with NO overtime policy <Your Impact> As our country finance head you'll: - Conduct facility and country overview for month-end closing activities - Oversee the financial operation at the Country level which includes budgeting and reporting - Collaborate with the country operation team to analyze and optimize processes, identify cost-reduction opportunities and risk. - Prepare the plant-level and country financial statements and the monthly production reports. - Conduct analysis on the production costs, material consumptions, and labor usage. - Facilitate and support audits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. - Authorize payments from banks and significant capital with the necessary signatures - Lead and develop the Indo finance team and enhance or improve internal working processes - Finance Partner for the Country Operation Head.
