• At least 10 years of experience in a [general] management or [managing multiple functions] position at terminals or in the petrochemical (related) industry with site management responsibilities. • Ability to manage dilemmas in balancing safety risk, high technical/operational standards and requirements, field constraints and cost. • Implements process improvements and imparts knowledge within the team. • Strong willingness and ability to grasp technical details. • Systematic, result driven, team player, customer focused, analytical. • Proven ability to influence results with peers, management teams and non-direct reports • Persuasiveness, and ability to inspire, influence, develop and facilitate people • Good social skills, communicates easily with other functions, develops networks. • Focus on and a proven track record in people development.
