Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate resource allocation and task execution, ensuring timely project delivery. Analyze business requirements, plan and implement suitable digital transformation solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in cross-departmental data analysis and process automation development projects to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Manage project progress, resolve potential issues and risks, and provide appropriate solutions. Provide project reports and analysis, communicating project status and outcomes to management and stakeholders.

Understanding of project management processes and expertise in digital transformation; practical experience is preferred. Familiarity with Python programming language and database syntax, with the ability to apply them to data processing and analysis in digital transformation projects. Proficiency in Power BI and other business intelligence visualization tools, creating real-time and interactive BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working with people at different levels to achieve consensus and objectives. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, adept at quickly responding to changes and challenges. Ability to continuously grow and learn, staying informed of the latest trends and developments in digital technology and solutions.
