主要職責： 負責竹南廠環境、健康與安全（EHS）管理，確保法規合規，並擔任衛生管理窗口，推動員工健康與職安，打造安全職場。 主要任務： ★ 職業安全衛生管理 1. 制定並執行 EHS 政策，確保工廠符合安全與環保法規。 2. 定期安全檢查、風險評估，預防事故並提升工安標準。 3. 推動安全訓練，提升員工安全意識與應變能力。 4. 擔任衛生管理窗口，協助監督員工健康狀況，提供員工健康指導，確保符合健康標準。 ★ 法規合規與稽核 1. 監督 EHS 作業，確保符合政府法規與 ISO 14001/45001 標準。 2. 定期審查管理制度，確保合規並優化作業流程。 Mission Responsible for environment, health, and safety (EHS) management at Zhunan, ensuring regulatory compliance, employee health, and workplace safety. Main Tasks ★ Occupational Safety Management 1. Develop and implement EHS policies to ensure safety and environmental regulations compliance. 2. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to prevent accidents and improve workplace safety standards. 3. Promote safety training programs to enhance employee awareness and emergency response capabilities. 4. Serve as the health management liaison, monitoring employee health conditions, providing health guidance, and ensuring compliance with health standards. ★ Regulatory Compliance & Audits 1. Oversee EHS operations to ensure compliance with government regulations and ISO 14001/45001 standards. 2. Regularly review and optimize internal management systems to maintain regulatory compliance.
