此職位將作為軟體與客戶/工程單位/業務單位的橋樑，了解使用者的需求，並將需求提供給軟體開發人員與QA單位進行後續作業 1. 進行系統與需求分析，以制定可執行的需求規範。 2. 透過使用者訪談、系統分析及跨部門討論等方法，深入理解實際需求。 3. 設計並主導工程驗證測試與品質保證流程。 4. 管理並解決外部與內部使用者回報的品質問題，推動持續改進。 The System Engineer will design system solutions that primarily involve software but also integrate with hardware components. A critical focus of this role is managing and ensuring the quality of the software system. 1. Conduct system and requirement analysis to derive implementable requirement specifications. 2. Develop a deep understanding of real requirements using various methods, including user interviews, system analysis, and cross-functional discussions. 3. Design and lead engineering verification tests and quality assurance processes. 4. Manage and resolve quality issues reported by both external and internal users, driving continuous improvements.
